Washington Criminal Records by County

Washington has 39 counties, each with its own Superior Court Clerk, District Court, and Sheriff's Office handling criminal records for cases filed locally. Felony cases go through the Superior Court. Misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases go through District Court or a Municipal Court.
